 The juniors of the Shadwell Dragons are truly making their mark this season, showcasing remarkable dedication and talent in the British Dragon Boat Racing Association (BDA) races. Their hard work and team spirit paid off as they brought home a collection of medals, proudly representing their club with passion and pride. 

These young paddlers have not only demonstrated impressive athletic ability but also embodied the values of perseverance and camaraderie that define the Shadwell Dragons. Their achievements are a testament to the bright future of the club and the strength of its junior programme. 

 Shadwell Dragons women's team has achieved something truly extraordinary. In just one year since forming, this dynamic group has not only broken barriers but rewritten the narrative for BME women in sport. Hailing from the East End of London, the team triumphed at the Al Noor event, marking a significant milestone in their journey.

Their victory is more than a medal - it’s a symbol of resilience, representation, and the power of community. By competing at the National Championships, they’ve paved the way for future generations, proving that with determination and unity, anything is possible. 

 Shadwell Dragons men's team laid the foundation for the club back in the 1990s, born from the passion and grit of a group of young schoolboys in Shadwell, East London. Training on the River Thames, they quickly rose to prominence by competing against and often outperforming professional teams from across England.

Their early success not only established Shadwell Dragons as a force in the dragon boat racing community but also inspired a legacy of excellence, resilience, and local pride that continues to shape the club today.
